Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some items ship directly from our supplier partners, which can affect delivery timing.

Shipping Time:
Estimated delivery within the United States is 5–12 business days from the date of shipment. Transit times vary by carrier and destination.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delays:
Occasionally, delays happen due to high demand, weather, carrier issues, or supplier location. While we work hard to minimize delays, they are outside our direct control.

Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment charges.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact support@colletteandcompany.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with our carriers or suppliers to make it right as quickly as possible.
